Doubling up on the gym – will not be able to work out good for a week at Cancun…
Worked our butts off today at the FD today – hope we have enough left to fight a fire!
At the fire house today – came on shift at 7 am and made two fire calls by 8:00! Not looking like a good day!
Up early again – off to workout the legs – wife will be up at 6 am to watch a server, and wait for user problems. Although I hate work working out the legs, that sounds much better than what she is going to do!

Fix’n (Oklahoman for “getting ready) to go out and sweep the pool. My beautiful wife and I will hang out by the pool today and then go dancing tonight – SWEET!!!
OK – waaay to much fun last night – don’t remember much after 10 PM. Every once and a while it’s good to drop the diet and let loose!
It is a hot one here in the midwest – really makes firefighting tough!
