Up early, taken my pre-work out supplements that I got from Smart Move Fitness, ready to hit the gym! I don’t have to be a firefighter today, I get to stay home and relax for a change!

Busy day today. I’m up and ready to go to the gym to workout the chest and triceps today…then yardwork and pool opening all day…then tonight, dropping around $150 for dinner because it’s my 12th wedding anniversary!
